Semi-automatic concrete block production

The VS-4-35B is a semi-automatic concrete block making machine. The machine performs forming and demoulding; all other production steps require manual work. It is intended for concrete block and brick production using suitable moulds and a cement, sand and aggregate mix.

The supplied specification sheet lists a 35-second forming cycle and 1–2 operators. Actual production depends on the block type, material preparation, handling and operator proficiency.

Block sizes and output per moulding cycle

The following outputs apply to the corresponding mould. Standard supply includes one mould set for one block size. Please specify your required block dimensions when requesting a quotation.

The specification sheet lists versions with and without a hopper. The photographs show the machine without a hopper. Please confirm your required block dimensions and hopper requirement when requesting a quotation.

Custom moulds are supported. The final configuration and scope of supply will be confirmed in the quotation.

How the machine is operated

Forming and demoulding are performed by the machine. All other steps require manual work, including material preparation, feeding, pallet handling and removal of finished blocks. This is a semi-automatic machine and requires operator involvement throughout production.

Mould selection and customisation

We recommend pairing each machine with 1–2 mould sets for the required block sizes. One mould set for one size is included as standard. Custom moulds are supported; please provide the block dimensions or drawings. Any additional mould set must be specified in the quotation.

Power supply

The machine can be configured for 220 V or 380 V to suit the customer’s local voltage requirements. Please provide the site voltage, phase and frequency so the electrical configuration can be confirmed before production.

Warranty and support

A one-year warranty is provided. Replacement parts are supplied free of charge during the warranty period; the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of those parts. Installation guidance and operating guidance are provided.

Production and packaging

Production is completed in 5–7 days. This is the production period, not the shipping or delivery time. The machine is packed in a wooden case. Please confirm the production schedule and transport arrangements for your order.
